Lawhead Architects P.S. has finished the master planning stage and is currently in the design stage of a new LEED certified Central Service Center for Puget Sound Energy. The new Center will be located on an approximately 50 acre site and include a 300,000 sf warehouse, 130,000 sf five-story office, and a twenty-one (21) acre storage yard with 40,000 sf of Shops and Vehicle Maintenance space.
